Renewable power-assisted battery-backup systems

This option allows the consumer to begin with a basic system in order to improve the reliability and availability of the national power grid. The system can be expanded to receive renewable energy sources on the AC (Alternating Current) or DC (Direct Current) sides at a later stage. The size of the battery bank will determine the length of battery backup time for a pre-determined load. This option could be considered as a stepping stone for later expansion.
